The ЄNDURO Timing Network™ now has an on-line entry service
that is available (at no cost) to schools that use ЄNDURO Timing.
ENDURO Entries™
(previously TrackRoster)
Beginning in 2012, competition timed by ENDURO Timing™ - that
is utilizing ENDURO Entries™, must have all of the teams, schools
and/or clubs that are entering complete the following steps:
(1) enter their athletes on ENDURO Entries™ (www.enduroentries.com);
(2) add the meet they are attending to their on-line schedule;
(3) enter desired athletes from their roster in the desired meet(s);
(4) if it is a "Seeded" meet, enter their athletes in their events.
These simple entry steps MUST be completed before the deadline
established for the meet. (These entry steps MUST be included on
all meet flyers and websites that the host school uses to advertise
or promote their meet.) If a coach needs to add an athlete to their
roster after arriving at the meet, the Head Timer will help the coach.
If a team arrives at the meet that has not completed the 3-4 steps
listed above, the host school has two options: (1) do not allow the
school to complete; or (2) have the school's athletes added to the
meet database prior to the start of the first race. (The host school
will be charged a Data Entry Fee of $25 minimum - per team.) - - -
This will include data entry for the meet database and does NOT
include entering athletes on ENDURO Entries.com.
NOTE: Additional data entry that is required on the day of the
meet must be completed BEFORE the start of running
competition, which can delay the start of the meet.
